Pivot to Growth offers a 1:1 individualized, in-depth, highly participatory learning experience providing practical and actionable knowledge for immediate implementation.

This is for action takers who are ready to problem solve, learn, follow-through and be held accountable – building life long skills.

Together, we will work on the challenges that are holding you and your business back, provide action items allowing you to take back control over your time and your business so that it is not controlling you, overcome the obstacles preventing success, and be held accountable to implement strategies.

Each week we will be working toward doing the tasks that entrepreneurs overlook because you are simply too busy, taking the action to achieve the growth you’ve been looking for, make the changes, implement the strategies, and feel energized. In the end, you will achieve personal growth that allows you to create the company you knew was possible!

This program is for leaders willing to do the work to get to the next level.  We start with an in-depth call where will review your history, where you are now, your goals, and start to uncover areas for focus and improvement or change. Each month, we’ll have a scheduled time to work in depth on an area for improvement and then follow-up weekly to delve into opportunities for change. As you implement, I also offer weekly office hours open to everyone which allows for individual and group questions (this is also an excellent opportunity to get to know, network with, and co-work with other like minded leaders) !
